Dr. Orlando V. Gonzalez M.D.
LIFE*MOD® LLC FOUNDER & CEO, ORTHOPEDIST, SPORTS MEDICINE & OBESITY MEDICINE SPECIALIST
Dr. Gonzalez is a Sports Medicine Specialist and a member of The Society of Bariatric Physicians. He has been involved in obesity medicine and weight management for over a decade. He is also a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. He currently practices Regenerative Orthopedics, Sports Medicine and Family Medicine in Jersey City, New Jersey and has his Anti-Aging & Wellness Program (LIFE*MOD LLC), headquartered in the Financial District in downtown Manhattan. Dr. Gonzalez is the Founder and CEO of LIFE*MOD LLC. He has a passion for wellness and healthy lifestyle modification and empowering his patients and members to become more physically active, thereby leading healthier and longer lives. Dr. Gonzalez is a Marathoner himself, just recently finishing the 2013 & 2015 ING New York City Marathons and completing over 25 half-marathons across the tri-state region.
Dr. Gonzalez is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine where he is on track to receive his 'degree of fellow' next year. He has presented research on key Sports Medicine topics nationally and internationally. He has presented his unique, trademarked LIFE*MOD program in over 10 countries including, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Italy, the UK, Spain, Greece, and France. He has authored several chapters in the textbook, The 5-Minute Consult in Sports Medicine, and is currently working on a series of chapters in a Sports Medicine textbook. He publishes sports medicine and nutrition research regularly. He works with several area high schools as their team doctor, he's a professional football team physician, and works as a medical team director for the ING New York City Marathon. He also works as a ringside physician covering such high-profile fights as the Contender Series, with Sylvester Stallone, and MMA, Muay Thai, and UFC fights in New York and New Jersey.
Dr. Gonzalez has many hobbies, some of which include running, boating, playing the guitar, painting, and traveling around the world. However, his biggest hobby and passion outside of medicine is his love for making wine. Dr. Gonzalez owns a small estate vineyard in the Mesilla Valley in Southern New Mexico.

Said Faiq
MEDICAL ADMINISTRATOR
Said Faiq is a dedicated 5th-year medical student from Morocco whose resilience and passion for patient care have shaped his journey in medicine. After studying in Ukraine for three years, he was displaced but persevered, continuing his education under the mentorship of Dr. Gonzalez.
Now, as a Medical Administrator, phlebotomist, and physician’s assistant, Said is a vital part of our team. Fluent in Arabic, French, English, and Russian, he ensures clear and compassionate communication with patients from all backgrounds.
His determination, professionalism, and kindness make him an invaluable support for our patients. Said is here to guide you every step of the way on your path to better health, and we are proud to have him as part of our practice!
Sharon Mclean-Evans

Sharon is an LPN with extensive experience in healthcare for over 20 years. Her passion is people and health, so it was just natural that she would head our LIFE*MOD Corporate Headquarters office. She has been with LIFE*MOD for several years and is looking forward to this amazing movement of health that is occurring in our nation. She totally lives the LIFE*MOD lifestyle and practices the LIFE*MOD Pillars of Health.
Roseanna Petruzzelli

Roseanna Petruzzelli is a living testimonial for LIFE*MOD, as a member herself, she has successfully lost weight by “modifying her life” and maintaining a healthy LIFE*MOD approved lifestyle. As she continues her weight loss and health conscience journey she has joined the LIFE*MOD team to help others live the LIFE*MOD motto of “Victum. Vestri. Vita.” “Conquer your LIFE”!
Mrs. Petruzzelli’s experience in sales and trading on Wall Street, owning her own recruiting firm, and working in the real estate industry as both a sales agent and personal investor, are great assets for her role as Director of Contracts for LIFE*MOD. Passionate about her neighborhood, Mrs. Petruzzelli has served on her local Church and Community Boards, in addition; she has served as Chairman of the Jersey City Planning Board.
Her drive and passion for others and years of communication experience both professionally and personally have positioned her perfectly to share the LIFE*MOD message and help improve lives, one person at a time. LIFE*MOD is pleased that Ro has joined our team of dedicated professionals.
Joe Lisella
LIFE*MOD ATHLETIC TRAINER MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Joe Lisella joined the St. Peters Prep Athletic Medicine staff in June of 2017 and serves as Head Athletic Trainer. Lisella also performs as an instructor in CPR/AED for staff and students at St. Peters. He has been a member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association since 2014. Lisella holds a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training from Seton Hall University. Lisella also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Seton Hall University with a degree in social and behavioral sciences.
His experiences include working at Yale University and various top performing northeast universities and high schools. In 2015, Lisella joined the New York Giants as a seasonal intern in the role of student athletic trainer. Lisella specializes in the prevention, examination, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of emergent, acute and chronic injuries and other sports related medical conditions. He is excited to bring his skill set to LIFE*MOD and continue his passion for helping those in need.
